I worked in the growth team, developing strategic product ideas beyond the current product. I interacted directly with C-level, taking on ideas and hypotheses at the earliest stage — even before they became formulated tasks. If the company had an idea like "what if we do drone delivery" — its development would start with us



I proposed a user acquisition strategy tailored specifically to the Chinese audience. It focused on partnerships with Chinese bloggers and major platforms such as C-trip, Douyin, and Dianping, combined with targeted marketing in locations with a high concentration of international visitors. In addition, I suggested building branded content channels in Xiaohongshu and Dianping, where users could discover curated recommendations and real-life usage scenarios of the service while traveling in Russia
